High Heeled Shoes or Flat Shoes: Which you like to use?

I love shoes, but I'm addicted to wearing wedged flip flops. They are comfrotable and have somewhat a heel to them and at least it's making me somewhat taller. I do wear other high heels when going out to dinner or maybe out at night with the boyfriend. I like flat shoes as well, if i had a job i would wear them all around the office as i did when i did have a job because i was working in an office with tile floor and the sound of my heels were getting on my nerves some days. I wear heels most of the time. I am 5'3" and very small framed. I actually enjoy the heels though. They don't usually hurt my feet unless I wear them for an extremely long time. I wear alot of flipflops too. I'm a beach bum at heart. I think it really just depends on the person whether or not your feet and back hurt. I do know that keeping your body in shape will cut down on injury. Its all about how strong your core is. If your core muscles are not strong enough, then yes, your back will hurt.

I prefer wearing flats as it's more comfortable to wear compared to high heels.. my favorite is flip flops specifically Havaianas flip flops.. It's so comfy to wear.. i usually pair it with my favorite skinny jeans and basic white top.. but when there's an important occasion or party to attend to then i'd wear high heeled shoes..

I like to use flat shoes because they are very comfortable compared to high heeled shoes. I also heard that high heeled shoes cause back pain if you use it regularly. I also like to use high heeled shoes once in a while, especially for parties. I have a friend who uses high heeled shoes all the time because she is kind of short.

high heels are not my cup of tea as am born tall 5.7ft so only flat shoes I prefer and used it daily and on ocassions too..
