High Heeled Shoes or Flat Shoes: Which you like to use?  

high heels are not my cup of tea as am born tall 5.7ft so only flat shoes I prefer and used it daily and on ocassions too..

I like to use flat shoes because they are very comfortable compared to high heeled shoes. I also heard that high heeled shoes cause back pain if you use it regularly. I also like to use high heeled shoes once in a while, especially for parties. I have a friend who uses high heeled shoes all the time because she is kind of short.

When i was a girl,I like wear high heeled shoes.
now ,i use flat shoes everyday.
I like the feelings of comfortable.i don't like pains.

I looked for heels on Easter day but honestly I cannot see myself wearing them even on special occassions. First of all my husband is shorter than me by two inches, second I am tall as it is, and last of all my feet hurt too much and I am too old to impress. Good luck youth looking good I gave up....

I prefer wearing flats as it's more comfortable to wear compared to high heels.. my favorite is flip flops specifically Havaianas flip flops.. It's so comfy to wear.. i usually pair it with my favorite skinny jeans and basic white top.. but when there's an important occasion or party to attend to then i'd wear high heeled shoes..

I wear heels most of the time. I am 5'3" and very small framed. I actually enjoy the heels though. They don't usually hurt my feet unless I wear them for an extremely long time. I wear alot of flipflops too. I'm a beach bum at heart. I think it really just depends on the person whether or not your feet and back hurt. I do know that keeping your body in shape will cut down on injury. Its all about how strong your core is. If your core muscles are not strong enough, then yes, your back will hurt.

I love shoes, but I'm addicted to wearing wedged flip flops. They are comfrotable and have somewhat a heel to them and at least it's making me somewhat taller. I do wear other high heels when going out to dinner or maybe out at night with the boyfriend. I like flat shoes as well, if i had a job i would wear them all around the office as i did when i did have a job because i was working in an office with tile floor and the sound of my heels were getting on my nerves some days.
