woman think polar bears are cute and cuddly

I was watching a show with my boyfriend late last night about this woman in Germany that jumped in with polar bears and got bitten. To me I laughed she did get some bites but she is okay. Here is a link to the story, but what I know what other mylotters think about this and why someone in their right mind would jump in with polar bears and this was during feeding time as well? Let me know thanks.

I read all the time about people doing the craziest things.. moral of the story...if you are going to take the leap..make sure you want to pay the price!

Know what you are saying! I don't understand why people do half the crazy things they do! Look at what happened to Steve Irwin...has handled some of the most deadly creatures on earth... but got killed by a stingray - in a kind of out of the moment adventure...go figure.

Yeah I used to love Steves show, I was really sad when he passed away. And I thought to myself too, jeez out of all the animals he has come in contact with the stingray had to be the one. I guess if I ever see one than forget ever touching it for me. Take care :)

She's definately off her rocker...I think lions are adorable but I know better than to climb in with one LOL Ppl need to remember that no matter how cute, adorable or cuddly some animals seem, they are in fact wild animals.

Hi montrying2makeit,
I love polar bears but I know they are wild so I wouldn't jump in with them, the silly woman, I think they are so sweet and cuddley, I just stick to the stuff ones.

Yeah it seems that some people are just to weird for me. I know they are awesome creatures but would I jump in with them, and during feeding time at that.? Take care and happy mylotting to you.

Im thinking that she did it for the attention. To seem "cool". If you ask me it was just plain stupid not to mention dangerous. I mean, what could be fun about jumping in with polar bears. I dont know though, some people get a rush off of stuff like that. The way it gets their adrenaline going and stuff. I know I wouldnt do it. I just hope she was weighing the consequences. It could of ended up worse.
