Why all most Everyone gets cold every season?

For me i get all the season so some times i really laugh my self looking in to the mirror because what can i do for that one so i get heavy cold so i thought so many times but i couldn't answer any more , but most of the people get cold very fast other diseases so why is it like so far, can any share with me?

I have not had a cold or the flu for many years. I try to keep my immune system built up with proper diet, and plenty of exercise. That way i am able to fight off the germs naturally.

I don't normally get colds, sometimes just a little. i grew up in russia so i know how to dress warm lol... plus i eat very healthy so my immune system is very strong... i found it very common for kids in US to get ear infections because their parents don't bother dressing them well. they think it's not going to be that bad it they grab a kid and a minute later kid is in a warm car, but even a few seconds is too much for a small child.
