When is the best time to take your multivitamins?  |

| I've been taking multivitamins whenever i can afford since i was young because i believe to its good benefits to our body. But, i did hear from different people different comments about it. Some says it made them sleepy during daytime where they need to work, some says it made them fat because of creating appetite and many more. Some says take it before bedtime so that you won't feel sleepy, but some says take it in the morning so that you'll feel energetic? how about you, what is the best time for you to take your vitamins? | | | | | |

| | so you mean food in take and not really multivitamins concentrated in a tablet? i, too, eat healthy food. But i still do need vitamins, because i believe in RDA of vitamins that our body needs and we can't get just by eating healthy food. Happy mylotting!!! | | | |
