Liquid fasting!!

Hi there, I have tried once using only liquid and some fruits. My friend taught me this and i did it for 3 days. I started by drinking 1 cup of prune juice, then 1 glass of apple juice if you feel like you need to drink it. Remember there's no intake of solid foods. The apple juice is good for 3 days. Then I ate a whole orange once a day and 3 cloves of garlic on the 3rd day. On the fourth day, i ate normally that is slid food. at first I thought what? if i get hungry? do I eat? No, I never did get hungry during that time.
Note; you always would want to go to the toilet anytime LOL, starting after you have taken the prune juice.

I have tried the lemon detox "diet". It was kind of hard to do, but good for the body. You can do a Google-search for it if you want more info. There are plenty written about it and lots of people have experience of undergoing this regime.
