Do you ever regret to say something hurtful to your girlfriend/boyfriend?

So, everyone, sometimes you might be mad at a situation, or sometimes you weren't intend to saying something that is hurtful to your significant someone. After what is done is done, you might think it over, and regret what you just did. How would you make it over? Or would you apologize for what you just said?

I think everybody at some point in there life regrets something they have said or done. I have to honestly say I have regretted things I have done and said but again it made me who I am today. So thank you to all the things I regret doing and not do. I always look at things positively in order to look further fown the road in a more embracing look on life sweet life.
