Which part of indian history you would love to read?  | | I would always love to read the Mughal rule part of indian history. Indian history is very interesting to read. There were many a great king who ruled over the country in the past. King Ashoka was a great king. Similarly King Samudragupta of the Gupta dynasty was also a great king. Krishnadevaraya of th Vijayanagara empire was an exemplary king and on on and so forth. Which part of Indian history you would love to read?

| | | | | | | | 1. vinslounge (818) | 8 months ago | The overall part of Indian history itself is very interesting and its very difficult to pick out which one is the most Interesting part in the Indian History I would love to read. But still to make a choice, I would consider the Rise of Marathas to be a very Intersting one. The way Shivaji raised his army and the bravery arts of escaping from the clutches of the Mughal King Aurangazeb succeeded by the capture of Mughal forts such as Kalyan, Thane etc., are considered to be very intersting aspects from my point. The other Parts of Indian History I would love to read is Mughal Dynasty and Mauryan dynasty. These two are the gem of the empires than any. The best Mythical story I have ever come across is Mahabaratha. I wonder how such a kind of big happenings have been inter related to each other and have been said very nicely. Very well written verses are they and no other stories can beat the versataility of Mahabaratha. 'Karna' was my favourite character in Mahabaratha.
