I definatly will say no! There are too many people doing so in the street.I won't believe any of this kind of people. I will say: if you really have a problem, you can find the police, I think they can help you.

Very smart move.You know,This actually happened to me,I remember a guy came up to me and asked for money(for the bus fare),I thought why not,I reached my purse for the money but i didn't even say a word to him.And then he said go die,Bitxh out of the blue.Maybe he was angry,or thinking I was dissing him.You know I was embarrassed,like I have done something wrong.
