How to add google adsense privacy policy to your website

Mylotters, I believe it is now necessary to have a google privacy policy on your websites and blogs displaying google adsense ads. Does anyone know the easiest way to add this privacy policy to your site? I have been searching on the adsense blog but it seems very complicated and I would appreciate if someone knows a simple way of doing it to let me know.
