Where can I get free blogger templates which are easy to download

I am trying to get a free blogspot template which is easy to download. I tired the site eblog templates but the template I liked was too difficult to download and it kept saying there was no xml or something. I would like possibly a three column template for my freelance writer job blog. Can anyone suggest me a site or else send me a template?
