| south beach diet  | | | |  i was talking to my friend the other day and she said her and her husband are on the south beach diet i was wondering if ant one has tryed it and what they thought of it , she has been on it for a little whle now and only lost 5 pounds and thats with her exersieing as well , so i was wondering does it really work.

| |  The only diet that I have ever done that worked with minimal exercise is the Atkins diet. My husband lost 70lbs, and I lost 75 lbs in 8 months, and we have kept it off because the funny thing is, that after you learn how to cook and prepare the food the atkins way it becomes a habit and that is how I still cook to this day 3 years later.........:)
