What's the average cost of lunch in Israel?

I plan to join a tour group in Israel. All costs are included except lunch. I was wondering how much NIS do I need to bring to buy lunch each day? Does anyone know how much an average lunch would cost in Israel in places like Jerusalem, or Bethlehem?

Also, does anyone know how much small souveneirs, like refrigerator magnets would cost in NIS?
