do you heard some one can control the weather?

i only see it on the TV. if use the science i think that will be realized. if you can control the weather only by consciousness, you can do other things , so if we just know a little simmple things , we also can do big and important things.

There are things that can be done that can in part control the weather. It is not so simple as just thinking about it, though. It might improve our lives if the ability was used in a conscientious manner.
