Probiotics, do youg et your daily dose?  | |  I keep hearing about how good these things are. And they are in a lot of foods we eat now. Once I bought some bread that had them in it....and I know it's in yogurt.
Do you make it a habit of buying stuff with probiotics in it? It's supposed to help the digestive system.

If you want to really help your digestive system, a well balanced diet should do. You can also try digestive enzymes or peppermint oil capsules which will help.
