Thoughts on the Pens chances of taking the cup?

They have turned it around since they got their new coach. All any team needs is a spot in the playoffs and the drive to play as one and The Pens finally have that. I can see them going far in the plaayoffs but I am not sure about all the way. Boston frightens me.Go Pens!

Of all the teams in the East there were two teams that I wouldn't wan't to play if I were Pittsburgh. The first being Boston for obvious reasons, and the second being Philadelphia. Had Philly beat the Rangers in game 82 and taken home ice, it would have been all over for Pittsburgh in my opinion. Philly is not a friendly place and they always seem to turn it up for Crosby and the Penguins. That atmosphere is not good for Pittsburgh, and it's something for Philly to thrive off of. They proved just that today. Pittsburgh came out and looked hesitant despite having the 2-0 series lead and Philly looked like the broad street bullies at times. Pittsburgh looked more and more comfortable as the game went on and I think they'll be alright for game 4. Starting in Pittsburgh was a huge advantage for them in this series and I think they can wrap it up in five. The way this team has been playing it should be smooth sailing until they hit Boston. What a conference final Pittsburgh/Boston could be. If I'm picking a team out of the East it's one of those two for sure.

On a side note, my strong dislike for Marian Hossa has me hoping it's another Pittsburgh/Detroit final with the Penguins taking it this time. That'll show Hossa. The only thing standing in my way of cheering for it every step of the way is the fact that it would mean Crosby gets his ring.
