Honda, can't be used as a public utility Vehicle?

I noticed that here in the Philippines I don't see any taxi's or even cars for rent that is made by HONDA. I think some countries too. Is it really that special? Why is it they've decided to make it their cars for private use only. In your country do you have any HONDA Taxi or the like?
