manual or automatic

Which do you prefere to drive a manual or an automatic? I don't mind a manual but I prefere an automatic. I find with an automatic you can get a remaote starter put in easier and if there is cruise control it works better. With the manual it is hard to get a remote starter put in and with the cruise control it kicks out if you are going up a steep hill. All in all I like the automatics for many reasons but the manual is more fuel efficient.I also like a four door car, find it easier to get in and out of the back seat.

Hi, I enrolled in a driving lesson and I use a manual car. Because somebody told me that when we are first timer or going to enroll in a driving lesson school, be sure to use manual car, so that when we have own car and its automatic we can easily adjust immediately. And some says that it is better to learn manual so that you can be a good driver. But our SUV's and our old cars are all automatic.
Automatic cars nowadays are in demand because of the heavy traffic and it is easy for us girls.
