ANyone knows how to make chicken curry?

I love chicken curry so much so i want to share it with you how to cook it in a simple and cheapest way: Ingredients: 1/2 kilo chicken or choice cuts 1 tbsp. curry powder 4 pieces potatoes (large)- cubes 3 pieces carrots - cubes coconut milk - 1 cup 4 pieces green bell pepper pepper and salt to taste 1. sautee onions and garlic, then add chicken until golden brown. 2. add 1 cup water and let it boil. Until chicken meat is tender. 3. Add potatoes and carrots until cooked 4. add coconut milk and stir in curry powder. Let it simmer for 2 minutes until coconut milk gets thicken. 5. add bell pepper 6. pepper and salt to taste.
