Hmmm...I don't usually eat in the morning though, since my taste buds aren't looking for food in the morning, sometimes I usually dreaded food, since I don't have the appetite for it. But to have just something to fill up my stomach, I would usually drink a hot milk or chocolate or coffee in the morning and pair it with some bread or bisquits, and then that is it. I'll wait for lunch to come in thats the time I really eat real food. Hehehe

Hmmm... for me it depends. My father usually cook fried rice and bacon, but sometimes I eat cereals. Probably it depends on my mood.

I eat cereal for breakfast almost every morning if My mom and Dad don't cook a big breakfast with bacon, eggs and french toast usually. I like a lot of different cereals so at least I'm not always eating the same type of cereal for breakfast all the time. I see that different countries eat different things for breakfast because i would never eat a hotdog for breakfast but would eat that for lunch or dinner

I take different things for breakfast. Sometimes I take idili, dosa, masala dosa, puttu, appam, etc for breakfast. Sometimes I take just fresh juice for breakfast. I think I should try to go for a regular breakfast rather than sticking with the juices.

it differs from morning to morning. my wife is a good cook. sometimes we eat oatmeal, and sometimes in chocolate flavor. we also eat garlic rice and egg or hotdog. sometimes she makes pancakes from scratch. so t differs from morning to morning. we also have a three year old son and he loves eating as well. or sometimes we eat at mcdonalds for breakfast but not always.

i eat popcorn with caramel for breakfast. i need fiber as plain as it is. my goal actually is to be able to have a regular bowel movement while dieting and fiber is the way to do it. plus, popcorn with caramel is more fulfilling because of its husks and it pacifies my cravings for sweets the whole day. it is lesser in calories, also, provided only the recommended amount of servings is consumed.
