Is Kevin Trudeau really trustworthy?

I did this discussion on destroydebt before it stopped paying. Or I did a discussion like this. I got some interesting viewpoints on it, some even saying he's been in court for something, I can't remember but I want to say the IRS. In any case, Is he really all that trustworthy? I don't think so, he's broadcasting that he's got secrets banks are mad at him about? I doubt he'd have a book about secrets and if he did, wouldn't he want to keep it secret? So have you read any of his books? Can you trust a guy who goes from dieting to debt cures without a span of a book inbetween? Or am I wrong, how many books has he done?
