Is You Giving Sufficient Time To Relationship

Every person in this world is having one or the other problem with their relationship. Most of them are facing these problems as they are not able to spend enough time with their near and dear ones. But that doesn't means that they are running away from their responsibilities. Its just that due to one responsibility they are not able to fulfill the other one. But priorities are to be decided by the person who run the house, and who bare all the responsibility on his head and shoulders, with equal participation of other family members of him or her. Suppose you try to spend more time with your family, and for that you just compromise with your job, that may give some short term happiness to your family, but what if this effects your job, and you are not able to get the promotion you were about to get? I understand that love and time for family is equally important for your family in comparison to money, but just love cant lead the life.
