Coffee Addict!  | |  How many of you guys can take two or more cups of coffee in a day? Me?! I can actually take two to eight cups of coffee a day depending on my mood. I know that this is not healthy because too much caffeine can cause hypertension and other illnesses. But study shows that drinking coffee can actually prevent causes of cancer. I really tried to avoid it, in fact I don't even buy bigger grams of coffee pack just to avoid frequent drinking. My problem is whenever I felt like I'm kinda hungry I used it as my substitute instead of eating whatever is around. I can really say that I'm a coffee addict! Now guys, can you give your comments about my addiction?! lol

| | | | | | | | 1.  dandit (117) | 9 months ago |  I also have a habit to drink coffe almost every day. Perhaps this habit is because in the past I was a smoker. I often see if a smoker is usually also like to drink coffe. Of course what I say does not apply to everyone, including you. I also often hear about the losses and benefits from drinking coffe. Maybe it's good we try to reduce addicted from coffe. At least to reduce the frequency of drinking coffe and choose to drink mineral water.

I can actually attest to that because I tried it and it worked for me. But I stopped because I've been very busy that I needed to have full meal in the morning to energize my body. That's my big problem, friend! I used to drink a lot of coffee but I don't drink water frequently. I don't know why, maybe because when you drink a lot there's always the possibility of releasing it through urine. That every now and then you have to go to the wash room just to release it and that I can't handle much:( | |

I've cut back my intake a lot over the years but still find myself craving it some nights. I also hated going to the restroom frequently. Mood swings was something that I don't miss either.
