coffee its addicted

I rarely have coffee.I have heard about that if a person takes more than 24 cups of coffee per day, he/she will die of it.The science has proved that coffee really can make people addicted.

At my office there are people who drink coffee continuously throughout the day. I personally will only have maybe one or two espresso drinks a day. if i have too much coffee I can tell my body feels so bad. I get jittery and sometimes to the point where I am shaking. I also can't get to sleep at night when I drink too much caffeine, whether it is coffee or sodas.

Either way you look at it coffee/caffeine is horrible for you. It is basically a drug that you are putting in your body. When there are natural ways of staying away and feeling more energized. Most of the people who suck down tons and tons of coffee to stay focused could eliminate feeling so sluggish if they exercised more and got enough sleep. but they don't realize that the reason they aren't sleeping well is the amount of caffeine they put in their body, which just creates a viscious cycle.

I used to not like coffee. Well, I like the smell of it but not the taste. I found it bitter for my taste. But then, the promotion of my boss sent me attending regular meetings which has everyone attending drinking coffee and I was swayed because of how good coffee smells. And now I cannot go through a meeting without drinking one too. But still, I would hardly say I'm addicted.

yeah im beware of my coffee intake everyday... but hope ill minimize it soon... but i guess its just enough i think... 3-4 cups daily.. but on weekends i dont drink coffee at all... just plain milk...

I agree with you.Today most of the people are addicted to coffee.Even i was also addicted to coffee some years back but now i am not.I had to drink 5-6 times a day.But now i am drinking only once that too a small cup.It is also not a compulsory thing to drink.if time permits only i will take a small cup.Last year i am a victim to coffee but after leaving it,i am feeling much better now.I taking care of my health and enjoying a lot at present with a cup of pure milk.

Coffee really so good? I also drink coffee, but not a lot of drinking, nor is it always a cup of coffee, I only get trapped in a time when God will mention a cup of coffee.
