What will you do if your friend loves you?

It would change, it's impossible not to.
But we could keep the friendship, if we talk about it.

When some of my high school friends confessed to me, all I did was try to joke around and get rid of the topic. Although after that, it kinda feels awkward when your with them. Unlike the way you did before.

Bestfriends? My bestfriend right now, I like him very much... And he knows about it... Good to hear that he also likes me back...:P

I think there's nothing wrong. I even believe that it's normal because you have been with her for a long time. In my case, my best friend fell in love for me when I was in my fourth year high school. On that time I love another person and he knows the whole story. But in the end, I still cannot accept his love because I love another person. But then again, since we're super best friends, we remained the same. Nothing has changed.

I really did not feel betrayed because I believe that when it's love we are talking about, it's something that cannot be stopped simply because we want to. And I don't like it when people keep their love because they don't want to lose the friendship. I strongly believe that we should do what we think we should so that in the end, we will live happily and of without regrets.

It depends on my feelings toward him. If I feel the same way then that's great, mutual attraction/feelings matters most and the advantage is the fact that we've been knowing each other for a long time. it's always nice to be romantically involved w/ somebody you already know very much. On the other hand, I would feel a little odd if I don't have the same feelings toward him. I would rather have a plain platonic relationship and I would make it clear w/ him. Loving a person in a romantic way is quite different in caring a person as just a plain friend.
