Nfl Draft: The day the dream come true for alot of young men!

So the day is here the day that every Nfl Team, Nfl Fan, & College Players entering the draft look forward to since the end of the nfl season. This starts a career for these young players and also makes some of them instant rich. I am a diehard football fan who loves this day. Its not like game day or the superbowl but so many young men getting a chance to make money after giving up alot of there time. The Nfl draft is now a huge event and love watching the draft day special. Than watching all the nfl fans that take it on the road and head to the draft. What a weekend. What are your take on the nfl draft? Do you like it? Is it hyped up to much?

Watching the draft here myself! It is cool to watch these young men achieve their dreams! Very cool!
I watching for Nick Harris from OU... may not make the first round but should be drafted along the way! He was in the school I taught in Tioga, Louisiana. I understand he was at the mall last night in Alexandria, LA signing autographs!

That is very cool. We had some local boys that have been drafted in the past 5 years both played for the University Of Maryland. Both from about 5 minutes from my house. EJ Henderson and Erin Henderson. I think both are with the Vikings now. So it is cool when someone you have played with, or taught, or just know from being in the same town.

Yeah, it is very cool! I have had several students truly succeed at their dreams. There's a special connection with them!
I've had several get scholarships to colleges. Very few go on to the pros... but a few do make it now and then!
