very long walk got sunburned  

I can never tolerate to get my skin sunburned lol
so i will never go out for even a short walk.even if i step out from my house i pack myself with all possible clothing so that i wont get harm from sun, i got a bad sun allergic skin.it gets black and burns and smells like a burnt matchstick..and then after that it is a forever dark black mark over my body which i hate and differs the colour. so i preferbly never go out in sun until very important.

I walked early this morning before it got very hot I walked 5 miles so you got in a little more than I did. Put some Noxema on your sunburn tonight and it will help draw the heat out of it so it wont be so uncomfortable. I try to walk 5 miles every day and on weekends I try to get it in early in warm weather. Through the week I would have to walk at 4 am in order to do that and that's not happening! so I go during the late evening during the week.

The weather is kind of cold today, compared to the last three days. I worked at building up a garden area to put tomatoes in. I will have tomatoes and peppers and some herbs for sure this year. I hope to get around to more plants as well. I am sorry you got sunburned, and hope you have some aloe vera gel to soothe it with. Vinegar helps as well.
