What is your favorite Vitamin-rich food ?

As we know some of the most important helpers in the job of good health are the substances we call vitamins . Vitamins A is needed to produce a light-sensitive substance in the eyes . Many begetables contain vitamins A such as yellow vegetables and sweet potatoes . Vitamins C is necessary for strong bones and teeth . VitaminC-rich foods include citrus fruit , tomatoes and uncooked cabbage . I like tomatoes most . What is our favorite vitamin-rich food ?

I always prefer B complex so it contains more water and coolness because my body always stay with heat conditions and weather so i need to take more care of my body so that i can take most of the time vitamin B.
which one do you take daily?

I like vitamin C and Dmost because my teeth are very weak sometimes there are some blood around my teeth so I eat a lot of tomatoes or other vegetables contain much vitamin C . When I was a child my bones were lack of vitamin D so I feel my legs can't support myself . Now I supply them to myself for the case of illness .

The Avacado. The avacado is very high in potassium and contains almost all of the vitamins known. It has been said that a person could live on just avacado alone. The same has been said about peanut butter, but I don't think it has the vitamins the avacado has. So if I were stuck on an island, I think I would want avacados.

I like strawberries for Vitamin C most.
I like carrots for Vitamin A most.
And I like milk for Vitamin B complex most.
