What is it with upgrading the PTC account ?

i always read "upgrade your account" in PTC sites. is it about revising your page or making quick clicks? please help me with this.im still below 3 dollars and i think i have to exchange my earnings so that i can upgrade my account.

I wouldn´t recommed upgrading in any site, specially if you are just starting to learn about this. It´s very disappointing to lose all your hard worked earnings.The only sites I trust in that respect are the very old sites. Worldlinx, for instance, has an upgrade to "verified member" which costs $10 a year. It´s paid back in a month.
