While you are talking to someone who is in front of you , you have to look at him and talk to him. Well I look at his eyes and talk while we are having a conversation. I feel a little dizzy constantly looking at the person, so I avoid eye contact for sometime. Have you experienced this anytime....?

Well its the proper way to look at someone , directly in his/her eyes while talking. But i have never experienced this dizziness while talking to someone . You can move your eyes away every 5-6 seconds for 1 sec and them back. But i think it doesn't have anything to do with eye contact . have you thought of checking your eyes ?? take an appointment and get them checked. coz i have the sense of dizziness if i concentrate on books for a long time and it turned of to be a minute infection in my eyes. Be on the safe side , visit a doc once .

i really do look at the person i am talking to. because i believe that it shows how certain i am to talk. But i had experienced that dizziness too. i felt those stuffs, whenever i am sleepy or tired. i really cannot look at them in their eyes and if i will, I'll fall asleep.
