The most common causes of razor burn include: putting too much pressure on the razor as you shave, shaving with a dirty razor, not using a proper lubricant, and shaving against the grain of your hair growth. The subsequent burning is usually the exposed epidermal layers and your body's reaction to bacterial infection.

Tea Tree Oil mixed with a little aloe vera can work wonders on a razor burn. Tea Tree Oil is a natural antiseptic, thus helping you kill any bacteria that might find their way onto your newly scoured area. But, Tea Tree Oil is irritating for some people, so it is best to follow up with or dilute it with an aloe cream for best results.

Witch Hazel is another one of those natural astringents like Tea Tree Oil, most commonly found in Dickinson Brand products. They have a really good product that uses both witch hazel and aloe to help kill bacteria and soothe the skin.

The best advice i can give is to put something soothing, cooling and moisturising on the burn, preferably with a mild antiseptic in it. Aloe vera cream/gel is very good for any sort of burn, and lavender is known for quick soothing and healing or burns too. Of course prevention is easier than the cure, but then hindsight is a wonderful thing! I'd reccomend ditching that razor and getting a new one, or using suitable shaving cream or gel next time.

a good way to do that for the pain is to get some IBprophan, crush it up into a dust and add a little bit of water to make it into a paste. This miracle paste is not on the drug market because it can replace many perscription drugs for physical pain
