Soccer Violence....is it killing the beautiful game?

Nowadays,especially in Italy,soccer violence between the fans of opposing football clubs is becoming a grave problem.Due to this,some matches are even played inside closed stadiums as per the orders of FIFA which is depriving the die hard fans from seeing their favorite team play.
Last year,in the champions league match between ManU and Roma,even the English fans,who are very well behaved too got into the act.
Don't you think it's hampering the beautiful game?
