Paypal and China. How to receive funds from abroad?

Hello friends. I've a problem that I wish some chinese members can help me to solve. My wife have a paypal account. Due she's chinese, her paypal account is chinese too. I've tried to send her some money via paypal, but seems her account can't accept money from abroad china. Now the question is: I saw lot of chinese members in several PTC sites, on ciao, on mylot too. I suppose they are beable to receive payments via Paypal from these sites. These sites obviously are sending funds from abroad china. How do you receive funds from abroad if you're chinese and your chinese paypal can't receive money from abroad? And, once you've the money on the paypal account, how can you cashout there in china? Please let me know, I really need to know the way to do that. Thanks a lot.

Hello, I'm chinese. We can receive money from many countries,even through not verified, I guess your wife's paypal account has some problems. So advice your wife send a letter to ask. Hope you will solve this trouble quickly! Good luck!

Thank you, I will tell her to contact paypal. Anyway is strange because I got a message when I tried to send her some money using paypal, saying she can't receive due the country regulation.

i am from China. I could and have sent the money in my paypal account to someone else from other countries and it did work very well. I dont know what happened to your wife's but why dont you call the customer service center. Hopefully they can find out the problem and help you out. If you withdraw money from paypal account to your bank account you will be charged 30 us dollars - it is big money for me, whats worse, you can only do it when the whole amount is more than 150 us dollars. I really admire those who can withdraw money from paypal to bank account for free!

there needs a correction: i will be charged 35 us dollars if i want to withdraw money from my paypal to my bank account. Very bad.

I have similar problems as some of the responces. My question is if we can buy cross country with papal account balances.
