I have seen and smell the breath of many people, whom I encounter. They have good set of teeth with no decay, some wears dentures and brush their teeth everyday. And, yet they still have badbreath. What probably are the reasons behind this. Some use floss, mouthwash, breath freshner at no effect only lasting for an hours or worst the effectivity last only for a minutes. What could be the possible reasons for this? Is it really true, that having badbreath, comes from the food that we eat or it comes from more deeply reasons, like an underlying sickness. Do you believe so?

bad breath causes from lack of hygiene and some symptoms is sources from hidden diseases in the body as i observe even those people who already have all teeth removes with dentures still smell terrible in their breath. I think it is not only from tooth decay, not brushing or failure to uses gargle and mouthwash. It is more of the underlying diseases and thus people who have bad breath need to test their bad breath using halimeter or else consult a breath therapy doctors to get rid of their bad breath.

yeah that true and to avoid bad breath one need to floss teeth, brush teeth and after ward gargle using a mouth wash not too strong or bland just enough to kill mouth odor causing bacterias on the mouth. Then,it is also a must to brush teeth after waking up in the morning, brush teeth every meals and then gargle. Thus, doing it could assure every person of having a healthy gum, white teeth and having a kissable fresh breath.

It all starts with the hygiene. What we eat also counts like eating cheese, onions, garlic etc. I also think that halitosis was caused by empty stomach and some deeply medical reasons. If ever a person has a bad breath and it can't be cured by simply brushing your teeth or a simple gargle, he/she needs to see an expert. :)

All of the opinions here in this discussions are all right, personal hygiene and proper care of the mouth and teeth should be set as the first priority. Considering many products comes out of the market and company marketing campaign are out for the attention of the buying public. It is only right that proper selection of breath freshener is the primary concern. It is effective and won't do harm or hurt the gums and teeth, specially the chemicals that are contain is not harsh. Finally, proper clean of the mouth lies itself on the individual.Their is no need to heard advices or criticize but the person afflicted by bad breath should startto consult a breath specialist who can cure her/his problems or else experiment to try to use others products whom he/or she feel comfortable.

There are lots of reasons someone might have bad breath. One of them is the food they eat. The bad breath actually is caused not from the mouth area but from the whole system in this case. Oral hygeine does not cure it. Another cause can be sinus issues, like maybe an infection.Stale smelling drainage causes bad breath in this instance. A third cause is bacteria on the tongue. Some cultures use a tongue scraper to help with this.

I also learn that all remedy that are out in the market are not really effective as a remedy. Some physician proudly claim that their procedures works and they discover the source of bad breath. They offers solution but it really cost a lot. Some, jokingly remarks it's better to live with bad breath that no breath at all! Lol!! But, seriously speaking when it comes to personal hygiene, proper care and cleaning of teeth, knowing the right food to eat, are really the solution.Unmatched and unequal in compare to those products being sold in the market.
