Online matrimonial

I am doing my MCA 4th sem.Now I have started my mini project "Online Matrimonial".Front End:ASP.NET Back End:SQL Server I dont know how to make database connections.My tables are OK and I have to make the database connections now.Can u describe the connections to be done

u can do one thing for easy just create a web project in visual studio and then in frm drag the sqlconnection frm the controls and then u can configure this. or u can use the datagrid control and when u use the wizard every thing will be done on its own.
