People walking in tthe middle road of busy street

Sometimes people walk in the middle or the side of the road and it is not possible to go and sometimes they cause lots of traffic problems. They just wave hands to go and go when we put horns. Why do you think people walk in the middle of the road causing traffic problems? What would you do if you find such a situation?

About the only thing that you can do is wait until they move out of the way or go around them. I can't stand this and what really aerates me is when someone is crossing the road and walks just as slow as they can. people like this acts like their daring someone to hit them. I have seen some people that will yell at them to get out of the damn road.

I have heard those who have so much self confidence walk from the centre of the road or bridge... lol
