Today I made the mango jam and that's quite delicious. It is so easy to make. First, put the mango flesh inside the wok. And the squeeze a mango juice inside. Use the potato pressure to mash the ingredient. And then put the sugar inside and stir a little bit. Boil for a few minutes until the ingredient is very thick and it's done According to it, you can also make the strawberry jam and so on

We make pickles with raw mangoes and jams, milkshakes,juices with ripe ones...Mango jam is highly calorific and good for children. Though it is not good for diabetic patients...daily once can be taken...

4. aweins (3577) | 7 months ago | thanks for this easy way of preparing a mango jam youless. i have made mango pickles and mango milk shakes but have never given a try to this thing. it sounds so easy that i am thinking of going to the market and buying two three kgs of nice juicy ripe mangoes and making good jam for everyone in the house., my hubby loves mango jam and mango ice cream. it will be very nice for him. i am avoiding sugasr so i will avoid but i love to make it since it is so simple and something home made is always good and more healthy as compared to the outside bought one.

8. roniroxas (5937) | 7 months ago | yes my children knows how to make jams they learned it at school. they make mostly guave jam for guava is cheap. sometimes when magoes are in season it is cheap but sometimes it is expensive. so we make more guava jam the mangoes. it is nice for you to be sharing this at mylot i am sure a lot will be delighted and happy about this.

roniroxas (5937) | 7 months ago | yes the guave has a lot of seed and the seeds are not needed. they take it off then boils the guave first. the seeds are not good as spread lol. as i remember they too tried oranges but it didnt came out as good as the guave. so they stick to guava alone.
