I love this website www.sparkpeople.com
Its free helps with losing weight. I just want to get the word out to More alaskans about this awesome website. If you have joined what is your favorite thing about the website?

I am not from Alaska. However, I was introduced to that website a few months ago. It really is fantastic! I have lost 9 pounds this year - not a huge amount, but any fat gone is better than no fat gone! I love that there are so many ways to get support - the calorie tracker, the fitness tracker, the articles, the people. It is probably the best site out there - especially for free!

I am glad you have lost some weight. I am still working on it. I just signed up 3 days ago and working on making changes in eating habbits. I truly love the site.
