Switzerland is the most beautiful country I have been to and probably one of the most expensive in Europe. How can one enjoy this natural wonder in the cheapest and most economical way. Do you have an idea?

It has been several years since I was in Switzerland, but I definitely agree that it was quite beautiful! Some of the tips that I suggest to people for all of Europe are: *Stay at hostels or campgrounds. These places offer everything you need - a place to rest and a place to clean yourself up. They save tons of money over hotels *When you check in, ask where the closest grocery store is. You can get some delicious meals for quite cheap by visiting the grocery store rather than a restaurant. Eat most of your meals from the grocery store and treat yourself to a restaurant occasionally. *If you will be traveling between a lot of different cities while you are there, look into getting a Eurail Pass. This is the best offer I have found for getting around - but know that they are not available to citizens of the EU countries. Those should help you save tons of money while you are there so you can spend money on doing other things you enjoy!

Thank you, I think buying your food from the grocery store is way cheaper than eating on a restaurant and I'm sure it can save me a lot of money. On my last visit to Switzerland I found out that the price of almost anything is doubled in restaurants and train stations like water or soda compared when I just bought it from the grocery store.
