Have you ever tried the supermarket food? Do you have confidence in them?
I have tried sushi at the supermarket before because it was a expensive supermarket at the mall and they have good will so I trusted them, I was surprised that the quality was like real deal! I bought that for lunch when I was at work so I didn't need to wait for too long during the rush lunch hour.

We have a gourmet supermarket in our area and YES we love the prepared food there. We have a meal from there at least one every two weeks. It is far better than I could ever cook.
But since you mention confidence...... I don't have confidence in the sushi from supermarkets. I don't know why exactly. I think I would rather have my sushi from a nice restaurant that does nothing but sushi and is concerned with their reputation.

When i've tried sushi it taste like rice with a nice flavors, I like the supermarket food especially their free taste, and encourage every people to eat some and it makes nice ratings for the supermarket that the food that they are doing are the people most love and crave for it.

Hello mermaidivy,
I tried many times but the worst was when I bought from Tesco a few months back. As I didn't cook that day, I went to Tesco to buy some groceries and been thinking to try their food like fried mee and mix rice. I could still feel the heat (maybe they put it into the microwave to re-heat the food) When I reached home and was ready to feed my son, I smelled something different. I smelled again and again and tasted the food a bit. It was stale. Lucky I didn't give it to my boy or my husband.

The supermarket where I shop has better restaurant than any fast chain restaurant and for a very good price. You have a choice of a buffet like food (whicih is too much for me) and a dish with a side salad and a glass of soda or soft drink. It´s very convenient when I go there at lunchtime. I take it as an outing and I don´t feel like I´m eating alone as everyone is there with their carts.
