Refueling after a run...

What do you eat or drink after a run to refuel? I have heard of several alternitives, but what is your favorite?

try drinking isotonic drink to replenish your electrolyt, if you have to protect your muscles, L-glutamine powder, to be mix with isotonic drink to protect your muscles from catabolic...
