Nowadays all the people from the globe are talking about Swine influenza(H1N1). As I learned that there is no indication of this strain in our country China, but for me I still pay more attention to take to stay healthy. What I do as follow: 1,cover my nose and mouth with a tissue when I cough or sneeze,throw the tissue in the trash. 2,wash my hands often with soap and water,esp.after cough or sneeze... 3,avoid toughing my eyes,nose or mouth...
