Do you do scrapbooking?

I have done scrapbooking, but it has been years since I did any of it. I started it before my son was born and he will be 6 soon....LOL I always bought the acid free stuff, and I have 2 or 3 books that I have started and never finished any of them.

I may have to bring them out this summer and make that a project!! LOL

I love collecting things for memorabilia and so you can conclude that I love doing scrap booking. I love to keep things with special meaning since simple things can make me happy. However, lately, I've noticed that I am into photography nowadays than doing the normal scrap booking. Maybe it is because I have little free time now but either way, we do scrap bookings to treasure our memories and I still do using my camera.

I scrapbook. I use acid free products because of the effort I put into them and I want them to still be in good shape when my kids are grown, so they can look back on them. I will use items like a newspaper clipping, but I will spray it with Archival Mist that will buffer it and not have it fade or affect the paper that sounds it. Or I will use plastic pouches to put items into so I will not mark the page or if it's something like my baby's hair. As far as looking good, use your style and taste. That way will be part of you. Use colors you like or that match with the photo you're including. There are no strict rules about it.

I love to do scrapbooking. I normally do it in my bedroom. I have a big space on the floor that I spread everything out on. I have a whole bunch of boxes with paper, markers, stickers and other things that I use for the book I am working on. When I cut paper, I make sure I use as much of it as I possibly can even really tiny pieces I try to use. I am looking into a recycling center where I could take my paper scraps.

No,i dont do scrapbooking.But my family like to recycle back old thing like old tyre that we do not use anymore and change it become vase or tookon for fish in our pond fish.It was a lovely idea.Maybe you can add their cover book with new paper to make it lovely.

I do love to make scrapbook of the pictures of my son. I do buy new materials if i want to make new scrap book page then i save the other pieces for future use. And now, I am fond of making digital scrapbook and post it on the internet.

Hello there! Yes, when I was in my third year high school, I did some scrapbooking. I really like doing such kind of stuffs because I think that I am good in designing and recycling. I did not actually buy ready-made stuffs from the bookstore. I bought raw materials and design everything myself. I had acrylic paint before and that helped a lot in finishing my designs. My actual book is an old magazine, the glossy one. I bought a lot of colored papers, construction papers, etc. I also had a lot of stickers and anime images back then.

However, when I graduated from high school, I stopped doing it. I even threw it away. There was a memory posted there that made me feel bad after looking at it again. The impulse is that I threw the scrapbook away. I regretted it because there were a lot of pictures posted there, mostly my class pictures from elementary grade until high school.:| I realized that I should've removed the pictures before I finally decided to throw the whole scrapbook away. I never thought of designing another one again though. Guess I am pretty fed up of what I did, and was already afraid that I would do the same thing again.

I like scrapbooks that are personally- and hand-made. Using recyclables is a great idea.

yes, i do this for a project. lol and also i find it nice to keep those memories you had.

I LOVE scrapbooking! I have completed about 3 12x12 albums. I use pattern paper, stickers, brads, eyelets, embellishments, ribbon, die cuts....I use it all!!
I have a corner in my bedroom where my scrapbook desk, shelves and drawers are full of scrapbook stuff. I can sit there for hours scrappin' away. I guess you can say that it's my "addiction"!
