Are you a loyal customer to your cell phone company?

I guess that I am not a loyal customer to my cell phone company. Because usually I got one year deal plan or two year plan on my service. If they give me good service and good bargain at all. Otherwise, I just shop around before the deal over. Most likely, I would switch to other providers. In the case of cousin, he is a loyal customer to T - Mobile for 7 years. He just getting his new cell phone for being a loyal customer there.

I'm loyal to every providers whose can give me the best rate and best quality. I think we can't only loyal with one provider in the case of mobile telecommucation. Customer is not a king in this business. Currently i have subscribed with three mobile operators. Sometimes if my favourite one was occuring network problem, i switched it to the other so i can still use my mobile phone. Have a nice day and happy mylotting.

Yes I am not loyal to my cell-phone service provider.
I have activated one service few months back for which some amount was deducted from my balance and from the next month I got those offers free and still I am getting those offers freely and I have not paid even a single penny after that to reactivate it because I want to stop it but I failed to do it and was happy instead of being frustrated because no amount was deducted
