I just heard Arnold Swharzenegger is changing is tone about marijuana and it could be the recession doing it. California is in real need of money and weed could be the answer the governor is seeking. Apparently, he had a conversation with an official in Austria (his country) and they confessed that legalizing weed did not turn out as they would of liked but I do not know if they just did not make enough money from it (hey, its politics) or if it still posed a problem. The idea is that retailers buying the weed for sales are to be heavily taxed for selling it but even to have this happen there needs to be a federal bill ALLOWING the sale of marijuana in the state. But California polls do show an increasing amount of supporters of legalizing weed, over half the state. To me, heavily taxing retailers will blow the point but could their be loopholes?

I am not sure, but man if they do that then it is just a matter of time for others to follow, and then there goes the neighborhood!!
