Hi there Marlon! I am so sorry to hear about what happened between you and your bandmates. I think that most of the time, it takes hard work and lots of communication, open-mindedness and humility from each member to make a band work. There are just a lot of things that you should be united in making decisions about and there are so many things that can be hindrances to your success. There are personality differences and conflict of schedules to name a couple. I think that it's a case-to-case basis though. My husband and my uncle were in a band together and they sorted every problem that comes their way. They disbanded only when most of the members had their own family and don't have much time for the band anymore. They weren't that successful or famous but they had some successful gigs back then.

Hello! Come on, you can blurt out its not worth it. I had a group. We were together for 5 years. We play 7 nights a week, 5 bars. A couple of special gigs every month. We experienced Baguio Country Club, Camp John Hay Manor, and other special events. we're not together now. I'm here employed as a technician. But for me, for all the time i spent as a musician, i'll tell you, it's worth it. I have learned. my personality developed and many other things. i don't have a single regret. I'm still open for future reunions. Last week, my friend, our bandleader, is drafting me for Korea.
