I am usually a very bold person and i hate to be dull, so i always am lively and even if something is disturbing me i try not to dwell on it, and i just carry on as if nothing is wrong, but now i am faced with a financial constraint and although its not in my nature i am feeling a little low, i am fighting it.

I used to be scared of life all the time, and I still think of the worse that could possibly happen. Sometimes it does, sometimes it does not. I think if you just take the problem a little at a time and make small changes it will work best for you. And try to think of ways that you can do to overcome it. For instance, saving in a little way =- buy no name instead of store brands, make your clothes do, eat out twice a week instead of every day and do things gradually so you do not feel restrained that much.
(Oh for those who are going to say to me, "it was not all that bad!" I told you the worse that could happen did and I am not going to lie about it and say it was the best thing that happened.)

Welcome to the club.
I hope we get out of this financial trouble.
Then we can go back to normal life again.
But, until then I have started to accept it more. It is not easy.
But what can you do? Like you I was being scared of living, scared of life.
Trying to pay all the bill's on time ect. Afraid of what the future will bring.
But, now I am thinking things cannot get much worse. So I believe it can only get better.
Take care.
