Do you think lobbying is another way of bribery?

According to our constitution, lobbying is allowed at the government sector. Most giant corporate hired lobbyists to propose a bill that will beneficial their businesses. In the proposal, of course, it must include the profit, or advantage condition for the senator or governor to consider. Do you think this kind of activity is similar to bribery?
