Hulk comic books.. how much?

For a comic collector, i think it's a fair price. Last time i heard that someone sell a rare and unique superman comic which published by dc comics with high price and it was sold. For some extreme collectors, money doesn't a matter. But you if you find it on ebay with those price, perhaps it's not a rare edition. But who knows someday it could make you rich?
