I'm not clear on what kg equates to in pounds but if you want to lose weight quickly I suggest you cut carbs, only meats and greens, low fat cheese and sugar free pudding pops for your sweet tooth - that's the basis of the first phase of the southbeach diet. I also like the flat belly diet - the flat belly diet has a 4 day diet that reduces the bloat and sort of cleanses you out and you have more of a variety of foods to eat. It is more of a mediterranean style diet. However, if you are in hurry - I suggest the Master Cleanse also known as the lemonade diet. You eat nothing for 10 days but instead drink a mixture of water, maple syrup, cayenne pepper and lemons. I've tried it and it works but I only lasted 7 days lol - I suggest you read up on all diets to see which one is best for you. I've attached the Master Cleanse book link in case you want to check it out. It's a free book in pdf format - Good Luck

Hi Berrys,
Iknow you started this discussion about 4 years ago and I am sure you must have reached you Targeted weight by now. Loosing four kilograms is not much. If you are still trying to loose weight then please try to check the general motor diet. It was introduced by GM for its employees. It is easy and you can loose about 7 kgs of weight in a week. Chk it out here

I'd cut out fatty foods though keep eating healthy things like fruit and vegetables and exercise more. I find walking a couple of miles a day helps me lose weight quite quickly though you can push it more by doing aerobics or Yoga or jogging. Please don't just stop eating though as that is really bad for you, and when you do start to eat again you will put on weight really fast.

I lost weight in a few month, it wasn't a lot of weight, but it was a healthy weight loss... I simply replaced unhealthy fattening foods with a healthier versions. I cut out all trans fats from my diet. I only fry foods on coconut oil because it doesn't become trans fat when heated.
