What free best blog site did you use? Weebly? or Blogspot?

Hi! I want to blog which I will make it official soon. But it is hard to find good templates with good services. Many suggest me the weebly, blogspot, wordpress, livejournal, and the list go on. I don't know which one I will like. I find weebly easy to use since it has adsense and has paypal for ecommerce and everything but I can't upload the free themes which I found from other site due to missing index.html or css code file. Any help? I usually write fictional stories which come from my heart. Thanks and hope you reply.

Blogger is a good blog site.
Not only should you take into account which site allows you to create, navigate & edit your blog more efficiently, but you should also note which site has better blog promotion tools.
Is there a blogroll feature on Weebly?
Those are the kind of questions you need to ask yourself.
Weebly is definitely an easier tool to use & far more efficient in terms of website designing, however they seriously lack promotional tools.
